CANCELLATION POLICY
🌸 Luxury Beauty Necessities Appointment Policies ⸻ 💳 Deposit and Card on File To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card on file along with a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your service total. ⸻ ✅ Appointment Confirmation Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment details. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to ensure your booking is secure. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 2 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a 30% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. • Each deposit allows for one (1) reschedule. Any additional changes will require a new deposit to secure your appointment. ⸻ 🕒 Late Arrival Grace Period Running a bit behind? No worries grace happens. • Waxing services: 5-minute grace period • Lash and facial services: 10-minute grace period If you expect to arrive late, please call or text us as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond the grace period may require rescheduling and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. ⸻ 🚫 No-Call/No-Show Policy Clients who fail to contact us to cancel or reschedule their appointment (no-call/no-show) will forfeit their deposit and incur a 30% no-show fee, charged to the card on file. Future appointments will only be accepted on a walk-in basis, pending availability. ⸻ ⚠️ Important Reminders If any of these policies are not met: • Your deposit will be forfeited. • A 30% fee will be charged for cancellations and no-shows within 2 hours. • You will be required to place a new deposit to schedule another appointment. ⸻ ✨ Agreement to Terms By booking with Luxury Beauty Necessities, you agree to these policies.
