Cancellation Policy
Luxury Beauty Necessities requires a card on file as well as deposit in order to book any appointments. We ask that you give 2 Hours in advance if you need to Reschedule or Cancel scheduled appointment. There is a 5 minute grace period for any Wax appointment, and 10 minutes for any Lash/Facial appointment scheduled. Contact us via Text or Call if you are running late and or need to reschedule/cancel any scheduled appointment. Canceling or rescheduling appointment less than 2 hours before scheduled appointment, will result in loose of deposit. Deposit goes towards your service and is Non-Refundable. Note if you fail to meet any of these policy requirements you will need to reschedule your appointment for a different time and forfeit your deposit, and will be required to place a new deposit in order to book another appointment. No call no shows relinquish deposit and will result in being banned from booking any future appointments and can ONLY book as a Walk-In basis if appointment is available.
