CANCELLATION POLICY
🌸 Luxury Beauty Necessities Appointment Policies 💳 Deposit & Card on File To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card on file and a deposit are required. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your service total. ⸻ ✅ Appointment Confirmation Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment details. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us to ensure your booking is secure. ⸻ 🌙 After-Hours Appointments After-hours appointments are available by request only and are subject to availability. Appointments that begin or extend beyond Luxury Beauty Necessities’ regular business hours are considered after-hours appointments and include a $30 after-hours fee in addition to the service price. To reserve an after-hours appointment: * Full payment is required at the time of booking. * Payments for after-hours appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. * After-hours appointments cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or credited toward a future appointment. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 2 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a 30% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. * Each deposit allows for one (1) complimentary reschedule. Any additional changes will require a new deposit to secure your appointment. * After-hours appointments are excluded from this policy and follow the After-Hours Appointment Policy listed above. ⸻ 🕒 Late Arrival Grace Period Running a bit behind? No worries—grace happens! * Waxing services: 5-minute grace period * Lash and facial services: 10-minute grace period If you expect to arrive late, please call or text as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond the grace period may require your appointment to be rescheduled and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. ⸻ 🚫 No-Call/No-Show Policy Clients who fail to contact us to cancel or reschedule their appointment (no-call/no-show) will forfeit their deposit and incur a 30% no-show fee, which will be charged to the card on file. Future appointments will only be accepted on a walk-in basis, pending availability. ⸻ ⚠️ Important Reminders If these policies are not met: * Your deposit will be forfeited. * A 30% cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or for no-call/no-shows. * A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. * After-hours appointments require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. ⸻ ✨ Agreement to Terms By booking with Luxury Beauty Necessities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these appointment policies.
